When you fall through a kiddy pool and end up in the Coca-Cola Hellscape.
you will not die, but for ten thousand years you’ll wish you had
Didn’t see any posts about it so here it is for the other Photosensitive folks,
Nimona has a lot of flashing lights, no intense strobing (ie Incredibles) but includes:
Alarm sequences (red lights, ‘police’ lights), explosions and gunfire
Sparks/flashing/flickering lights, firelight
Thunderstorms and lightning effects,
Flashes from color to black (hard to describe)
All within the first few minutes of the movie, frequently throughout.
It wasn’t too terrible when I watched with other lights on during the day but I tried watching it with them off and it was pretty bad. Sharing this so other people can find it would be much appreciated!

monster sanctuary good
broadly speaking I never really clicked with a lot of monster catching games but I’m enjoying monster sanctuary for some reason
like I need to try monster crown again but the type system always really threw me and I could never quite get it
I understand the reason around trying to get away from elemental type systems but that one just makes no sense to me
you can give me the logic but if it doesn’t make sense it’s not going to stick
The project currently known in my files as door.rpg is coming along.
I’ll write something more concrete about it in the near future, and will try and get a very basic demo out sometime after that. No dates, though.
civ VI doing the traditional modern triple A game thing where it shows you the logos and like fires musket shots directly into your ear repeatedly while it does it
woha look it’s drawing a hexagon BEEWERRRR POSHCWEWWWWW BOOM
I don’t need the sound effects thank you
